Code of Conduct
The purpose of this disciplinary policy is to provide guidelines and rules to control and regulate the students’ behavior, which is set in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education. The purpose of this policy is to facilitate a positive school climate where each
student feels safe and secure.
The school discipline has two main goals:
  1. To ensure the safety of staff and students.
  2. To create an environment conducive to learning.

Specific Behavioral Guidelines

  1. It is impermissible to let the students enter the classroom without their uniform. Tight and colored clothes as well as decorated ones are unacceptable.
  2. It is impermissible to let the students enter the classrooms before the morning assembly.
  3. It is impermissible to let the students enter the classroom during the breaks. Eating is not allowed inside the classrooms.
  4. Students are to be accompanied to Salah with the teacher who teaches the lesson prior to that break
  5. Muslims Students should perform Salah.
  6. Muslim Students should worship Allah in the best manner as we've been ordered to in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
  7. It is impermissible to have the students’ hair cut unacceptably, i.e. non-Islamic haircut.
  8. It is impermissible to bring cellular phones to the school premises. For urgent calls, students can contact their parents through the school administration.
  9. Students are allowed to buy from the school canteen during breaks only.
  10. It is not allowed for any student to leave the classroom without taking permission from the teacher.
  11. After breaks and Salah, students must go directly to their classrooms.
  12. Students accompanied by their teacher, must lineup quietly and properly when they leave their classroom for the Science Lab, Salah or P.E periods.
  13. If the subject teacher does not reach her lesson on time or is absent, students must wait inside the classroom.
  14. Students are not allowed to leave their classroom to the playground if they have a free period. The school administration will assign a substitute teacher to cover that period.
  15. Resting, napping or sleeping is not allowed inside the classroom.
  16. Students should participate in the morning assembly and must take part in the physical exercises.
  17. Students must bring all the required books, copybooks and pencil cases according to their timetable.
  18. Homework assignments must be done and submitted on time.
  19. Students are not allowed to touch or keep dangerous or harmful objects.
  20. Students are not allowed to throw trash around the school.
  21. Students respect other's feelings - no teasing, name calling, swearing, etc.
  22. Students- respect other's person - no rough play, fighting, bullying, threats, harassing, etc.
  23. Students- respect other's property - no theft, vandalism, etc.
  24. Students should use polite words and a respectful tone of voice.
  25. Gum chewing is not allowed inside school at any time.
  26. Keep your school clean just as you would your home.
  27. Throw trash in wastebaskets, keep your surroundings clean always.

Guidelines inside the classroom:

  1. Arrive to class on time with the necessary stationery.
  2. Listen to teachers or other students without interruption.
  3. Complete all assignments on time.
  4. Treat the teacher and other students with respect.
  5. No eating or drinking allowed in class (water is acceptable.)
  6. Keep hands and feet to yourself.
  7. Respect the property of the school. Don't draw on walls or tables.
  8. Respect the rights and property of others.
  9. Act in a safe and responsible manner.
  10. Resting, napping or sleeping is not allowed inside the classroom. 

Prayer Room (Musallah) Rules

  1. Sit properly in the Musallah.
  2. Keep quiet, respect the Musallah and Salaat.
  3. Move in an orderly manner to and from Musallah with your teacher.
  4. Don't talk, listen carefully to the speech after the prayer.
  5. Don't forget to say the prayer's supplications. 

Toilet Manners

  1. Say the Dua' (supplication) for entering the toilet.
  2. Sit down when you relieve yourself.
  3. Use water for cleaning.
  4. Leave the toilet clean and wash the seat when you finish.
  5. Say the Dua (supplication) for leaving the toilet.
  6. Perform the Wudhu’ (ablution) according to the prophetic Sunnah.
  7. Don't waste water.
